They triage you, treat what's within their own scope, and, when you need more, refer you to a nurse practitioner licensed in New Brunswick, booking the video visit for you on the spot. It's a genuine partnership: your pharmacist's ongoing relationship with you, paired with a nurse practitioner's ability to assess, diagnose, and treat.
